Stayed a couple of nights at this charming hotel. The location was great, secluded yet just a 2 min drive to the town center of Grindelwald. The room had amazing mountain views, and the wrap-around balcony was a highlight. The hotel manager was super nice, allowing us early check-in and late check-out to accommodate our train schedules. The free travel pass was a bonus for exploring the area.
Couldn't recommend this hotel more!

The owner went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and satisfaction. She provided an early breakfast for our long hike, upgraded our room to one with breathtaking mountain views, and even allowed us to keep the room until the evening of our check-out day so we could shower after our hike. The staff was friendly and accommodating, always making sure we had everything we needed. The views from the balcony were absolutely stunning, and the quiet and peaceful setting made for a great night's sleep. Despite the hotel being a bit dated and the location requiring a walk from town, the views and hospitality more than made up for it. I highly recommend Hotel Bellary for a memorable stay in a beautiful location.

The view of the Eiger's North Face from my room was absolutely breathtaking. The room itself was spacious, clean, and had a lovely balcony. The location of the hotel is excellent, with restaurants, shopping, and ski rentals just across the road. Additionally, the hotel provided a free bus pass to explore the area. The parking is easily accessible right outside the hotel. The rooms are large and come with a nice balcony to enjoy the sun and have a drink. The beds are proper beds, not sofabeds or bunks.
